Patrick Johnson joined NAI Beverly-Hanks as a broker associate in 2014, but his commercial experience stretches further back.
Patrick began his career in North Carolina’s Research Triangle with two of the area’s major development teams: Access Medical Development and Oaks Commercial Realty. Both of these firms focused on the creation of multi-use projects, as well as securing rental tenants and tenant owners for the finished properties and projects. While there, Patrick’s position included both tenant and landlord representation, along with business development. His additional ventures include office, retail, medical, and industrial properties, ranging from small, owner-occupied units to large multi-unit tenants.
Being involved with initial project planning all the way through to completion has given Patrick a unique perspective in working with his clients. He always focuses on discovering your needs first, seeking to match your objectives with the right venture. His additional technology training helps him expeditiously match the market to each client’s objectives, focusing on providing you with a full business perspective.
Patrick is a native of North Carolina who grew up in Cary and graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, earning a Bachelor of Science from the Walker College of Business. After pursuing real estate for several years in Colorado, he returned home to North Carolina. Patrick enjoys outdoor activities, including snowboarding, hiking, hunting, and fishing, which led him to Asheville. He uses his knowledge of the area to provide outstanding client service to prospective investors throughout the region.
