Debbie Lane is a native of Western North Carolina with more than 28 years of commercial real estate experience in North and South Carolina.
We’re proud to say that Debbie has been with NAI Beverly-Hanks since 1999. She specializes in commercial sales, leasing, and property management. She has also served as Managing Broker for the commercial division, as well as for the Beverly-Hanks South Asheville office in Biltmore Park.
Over the course of her career, she has assisted clients with all aspects of commercial brokerage, including acquisition, consulting, landlord/tenant representation, lease administration, marketing, and property management. As a Western North Carolina native, Debbie takes an immense pride in our community and the clients she serves. She strives always to provide invaluable knowledge and history of the area along with her passion to see it grow.
In addition to her work at NAI Beverly-Hanks, Debbie has served as President of the Commercial Investment Realty Association in Asheville and remains an active member. She has also served on the Board of Governors for the State Commercial Alliance (RCA). She currently serves on the Board of Equalization and Review for Buncombe County. Debbie is also actively involved in the community, working with such charitable organizations as Eblen Charities, United Way, and others.
