Asheville, NC (January 11, 2011) – The second annual Asheville Land Development Conference will happen March 3rd and 4th 2011 at the Biltmore DoubleTree hotel in Asheville, North Carolina. A two-day event comprised of forty-five professional development sessions and a trade show.  The primary purpose of the ALDC is to act as an educational platform to share practical and useful information among real estate colleagues
Built on a chassis of five macro subjects broadly defined as business opportunity, banking, project design, economics, and sustainable environment, the ALDC is intended for those engaged in financing, designing, developing, and selling/buying real estate.
Numerous sessions will be offered in residential and commercial real estate, home building, land development, economics and forecasting, and maintaining soil and water quality.
