Tiger's First US Golf Course Is For Sale

Tiger Woods‘ first signature course in the U.S. opened earlier this month to rave reviews with some even calling it “Augusta-like.”

This is slightly better than his first attempt at designing a course domestically in Black Mountain, NC, which ended in bankruptcy before it got off the ground. The course can be yours for $24 million. Check out the for sale listing on NAIbhcommercial.com. Woods attempted to build The Cliffs at High Carolina on a 795-acre plot of land in southern North Carolina, about 20 minutes south of Asheville.

While its courses are not as popular as its eastern counterparts, like Pinehurst No.2, the region is home to several courses recognized by the North Carolina Golf Panel’s Top 100Here is a video of the Asheville area golf courses that fared better than Tiger’s Woods failed attempt at The Cliffs at High Carolina.
