Biltmore Park by the Numbers

Biltmore Park is the largest mixed-use community in Asheville outside of downtown. The modern 42-acre Town Square was designed a decade ago with an innovative urban concept to serve one of the fastest growing areas of town with walkable residential, commercial, and office space. Anchored by 120 rental apartments, 156 condominiums and townhomes, and nearby affluent communities (Biltmore Forest, The Ramble Biltmore Forest, and The Cliffs at Walnut Cove), Biltmore Park attracts more than 8.4 million visitors annually for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
In fact, the community has been growing so steadily, an expansion is planned. The Asheville Citizen-Times recently reported that the community’s 200 apartments condos are fully occupied, 283,000 square feet of retail is 90% full, and 290,000 square feet of office space is 95% full. Because of this, Biltmore Farms, the development company, is expanding into an adjacent “100-acre wood.” Biltmore Farms CEO Jack Cecil says plans for the additional development are designed to capture the same experience as is currently available in Biltmore Park’s Town Square, with a walkable mix of commercial, retail, apartments, and condos.
Increasing the size of Biltmore Park is a considerable investment for the community and for South Asheville as a whole. Check out the infographic below to see Biltmore Park by the numbers today.
