Because of this, Biltmore Farms, the development company, is expanding into an adjacent \u201c100-acre wood.\u201d Biltmore Farms CEO Jack Cecil says plans for the additional development are designed to capture the same experience as is currently available in Biltmore Park\u2019s Town Square, with a walkable mix of commercial, retail, apartments, and condos.<br \/>\nIncreasing the size of Biltmore Park is a considerable investment for the community and for South Asheville as a whole.
