Vacant sublease space remained unchanged in the quarter ending at zero square feet. Rental rates ended at $4.01, no change over the previous quarter. Two buildings were delivered to the market that totaled 80,000 sq ft, with 133,000 sq ft still under construction at the end of the quarter.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.beverly-hanks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Screen-Shot-2016-02-18-at-8.51.10-PM.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8139 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.beverly-hanks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Screen-Shot-2016-02-18-at-8.51.10-PM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-02-18 at 8.51.10 PM\"><\/a><br \/>\nOne of the notable sales that occurred in the&nbsp;fourth quarter was listed by <a href=\"http:\/\/naibhcommercial.com\/\">NAI Beverly-Hanks<\/a> commercial real estate associate, <a href=\"http:\/\/naibhcommercial.com\/agents\/dlane\">Debbie Lane<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/naibhcommercial.com\/agents\/rab\">Robin Boylan<\/a> of NAI Beverly-Hanks represented the buyer in the purchase of &nbsp;32,000 sq ft industrial warehouse on 3.7 acres at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beverly-hanks.com\/search\/detail\/3175-Sweeten-Creek-Road--Asheville-NC-28803\/572697\">3175 Sweeten Creek Road for $1,425,000<\/a>.
